  • Green Caffè Nero as a new tenant of Bobrowiecka 8

    12.03.2018

The Green Caffè Nero cafe chain joined the group of tenants of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. It will complement the building’s catering offer and expand the range of services available in the Bobrowiecka Complex, thus improving the comfort of life and work of its employees and local residents. The cafe will be located on the ground floor of the office building in the corner part facing Bobrowiecka Street and the Bobrowiecka 6 building. Green Caffè Nero is scheduled for opening at the end of the second quarter of 2018.

“Securing the Green Caffè Nero chain as a tenant marks yet another step towards supplementing the service offering of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. Thanks to its excellent location, the cafe will be available not only to employees of offices at 8 and Bobrowiecka 6 , but also to other customers, making it a perfect meeting point,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

Green Caffè Nero currently operates 60 cafes in Poland. The company carefully considers each new location, constantly looking for unique places at main city streets, in old townhouses with long history, shopping centres and prestigious office buildings, where in each location it seeks to fit in and emphasise the unique character of the environment of its newly opened café.

“We are looking forward to opening our café in this part of Warsaw. There is a gap in our network this part of the city. We want our café to become a trusted place in the neighbourhood, a nice place for meetings or relaxing with a good cup of coffee
and home-style cakes for local residents of the Mokotów district and employees of offices in Bobrowiecka 8,” said Adam Ringer, the President of Green Caffè Nero.

“I believe that opening a Green Caffè Nero café at Bobrowiecka Street will be a great success, as it perfectly meets the expectations of local residents and employees of neighbouring offices. The tenant’s decision also points to the huge potential of this place, which is developing at an ever increasing pace,” said Karolina Nitowska, an expert at the Retail Space Department of Colliers International, a company that for years has supported the growth of Green Caffè Nero by acquiring new locations and coordinating negotiations of lease agreements.

The Bobrowiecka 8 building offers more than 25,000 m² of quality office and retail space.
In addition to space for catering outlets, which are highly successful in office buildings, in the Bobrowiecka 8 building we also reserved space for a fitness club and other services,
such as an outpatient clinic,” added Dariusz Sokołowski. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, works of art by contemporary Polish artists are exhibited in the Bobrowiecka 8 building. The class A office building has a perfect location in the Dolny Mokotów district, just at the entry to the route leading to the Siekierkowski Bridge, which guarantees great access to all Warsaw districts. Spectra Development’s project is characterised by timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work.

The building is a part of an urban setting – the Bobrowiecka Complex, which also includes the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building. The complex offers a wide range of services, which significantly improved the attractiveness of the district for its users and residents. The buildings at Bobrowiecka Street houses grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. In the vicinity there is also a laundry and a nail salon.

Bobrowiecka 8 was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification. The developer of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. CBRE, a real estate agency, serves as the sole commercialisation agent for the building.

All buildings in the Bobrowiecka Complex were designed by a design office JEMS Architekci.
