  • Polpharma and Polpharma Biologics at Bobrowiecka 8

The companies Polpharma and Polpharma Biologics have joined the group of tenants of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. In total, they now occupy nearly 800 m2 of office space. Thus, the commercialisation of the building has already reached 96.5%. Spectra Development, the developer of the building, is negotiating the final agreements with tenants which will complete the commercialisation process of the property, located in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district.

“Reaching the point where 96.5% of the building is let out could already be considered a full commercialisation of the building. However, we are still finalising the last few contracts covering the smallest spaces. After they have been signed, we will soon be able to announce the closing of the leasing process”, says Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

Polpharma is the largest Polish manufacturer of pharmaceuticals. The company was founded in 1935 in Starogard Gdański and is today the leader of the Polish pharmaceutical market. It will occupy an area of 415 m2 on the 4th floor of the building at Bobrowiecka 8.

Another tenant of Bobrowiecka 8 is Polpharma Biologics, a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company based in Gdańsk, which has chosen the Bobrowiecka 8 building for its Warsaw office. Polpharma Biologics will occupy 379 m2 on the ground floor of the building; the space will be handed over to the tenant as early as 1 September 2020.

I am glad that Polpharma and Polpharma Biologics have chosen the Bobrowiecka 8 building for their offices. Nowadays, aside from the location, what counts is the building’s standard of completion as well as modern and environmentally friendly solutions. We provide all our tenants with functional office space of the highest quality, which will maintain its standard for many years to come”, adds Dariusz Sokołowski.

The complex of buildings on Bobrowiecka Street consists of the office buildings Bobrowiecka 6 and Bobrowiecka 8, as well as the apartment building Bobrowiecka 10. All of the buildings have been designed by JEMS Architekci studio, creating a coherent urban complex consisting of office and residential buildings which significantly increase the attractiveness of this part of Warsaw. The availability of contemporary art and the wide range of services offered in the office buildings provides the local residents and office users with a variety of leisure activities. The Bobrowiecka 8 office building is distinguished by its timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions covering 25,000 m2 of class A office and retail space. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with the original concept of culture embedded in space, works of art by young Polish artists are exhibited in the building. Due to its location in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, just at the entrance to the Siekierkowski Bridge roadway, the property has excellent transport links with other districts of the capital.

The Bobrowiecka 8 office building was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, BREEAM certification and Building Information Modelling (BIM). The developer and manager of the project is Spectra Development, while its general contractor was Hochtief Polska. The Landlord’s advisor was the real estate agency CBRE.
