  • Olympic lunch at 8 Bobrowiecka

    05.03.2018

The Gastromall Group, the owner of the Olimp restaurant chain, leased more than 400 m² in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. The restaurant in the class A office building completed by Spectra Development in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district will be the 13th Olimp restaurant in the capital. The restaurant opening is planned for the beginning of the third quarter of this year.

“By signing the agreement with the Gastromall Group not only did we acquired a new tenant, but we also met the expectations of employees of the existing tenants and expanded the range of services available in the building. The presence of a recognised restaurant chain will improve the comfort of everyday work. The truly extensive offer of the OLIMP restaurant perfectly meets the needs of our tenants’ employees” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

The Gastromall Group has been present in the Polish catering market since 1995. It seeks to build a chain of restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlours as well as developing new catering concepts to offer top quality food. “All Gastromall Group’s catering outlets have prestigious locations in the largest cities in Poland. Currently, the Olimp chain comprises 71 restaurants. The restaurant in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building will be the 13th Olimp restaurant in Warsaw. Selecting Bobrowiecka 8 as the next location for an OLIMP restaurant will allow us to reach a large and diverse group of customers with high requirements,” said Paweł Nawrot, Expansion Director at the Gastromall Group.

“Because the interest in the space for a canteen in the Bobrowiecka 8 building was enormous, selecting its operator was a lengthy process. The concept of Olimp restaurants outperformed the competition in terms of quality, flexibility and experience. The restaurant’s operator, Gastromall, boasts excellent credentials from office tenants,” said Anna Wdowiak, Property Negotiator at CBRE.
The Bobrowiecka 8 building offers nearly 25,000 m² of quality office and retail space. Spectra Development’s project is characterised by timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work. In addition to space for catering outlets, we also reserved in the office building space for a fitness club and other services, such as a medical clinic and a cafe. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, works of art by contemporary Polish artists are exhibited in the Bobrowiecka 8 building.

The class A office building has a convenient location in the Dolny Mokotów district, just at the entry to the route leading to the Siekierkowski Bridge, which guarantees a very convenient connection with all Warsaw districts. The building is a part of an urban setting – the Bobrowiecka Complex, which also includes the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building. All buildings were designed by a design office JEMS Architekci.

Bobrowiecka 8 was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification. The developer of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. CBRE, a real estate agency, serves as the sole commercialisation agent for the building.

The Bobrowiecka 8 office building also qualified for the final round of the Property Design Awards 2018 competition, as one of five most beautiful office buildings in Poland in the category “Shape: Office Building”. For more information see http://bobrowiecka8.pl/.
