Spectra Development has become member of the prestigious Polish Real Estate Developers Association (PZFD) gathering the largest real estate developers in Poland. Spectra Development strategic investor is Jerzy Starak – one of Poland’s most prominent businessmen, who for many years – along with his highly qualified team – has been enriching Polish architecture with new exceptional projects.
Polish Real Estate Developers Association (PZFD) expanded by a new member company, Spectra Development, which carries out office and housing investments. The organization associates nearly 140 companies which follow the Good Practices Code and are aware of the necessity to build an open dialogue with the customer based on partnership. PZFD is the largest real estate development organization in Poland. Moreover, the Association issues opinions on legal acts, contributing to minimizing business risk for developers. PZFD management board has decided Spectra Development meets all the Association’s requirements.
