SPECTRA DEVELOPMENT

I am a manager with 20 years of experience. Since 2016 I have been part of Spectra Development, Alnus Development, and Castor Park as a member of the board. Previously, I held senior management positions in the telecom sector. I am a graduate of the Łódź University of Technology and hold an MBA from the University of Illinois.

I have been working at Spectra Development since 2015 and am responsible for project planning and economical supervision. I specialize in the design of financing structures, and I have many years of experience in investment creation and development. Previously, I worked in the telecommunication sector, where I created and managed the structures of the finance and the strategy departments. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. I also hold an MBA from the their Business School.

I am a board member at Spectra Development, Vicar Management, Olmar, Alnus Development, and Castor Park. For 19 years, I have been cooperating with and have been a legal adviser to companies from the Jerzy Starak Group. I am a member of the supervisory boards at LZF Polfa and Pakmar. For many years I cooperated with renowned law firms. I graduated from Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. I also completed a legal apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Since 2011, I have been a board member in real estate companies: Olmar, Vicar Management, Alnus Development, and Castor Park. I am also Vice-Chairmam of LZF Polfa SA Supervisory Board, and since 2005 I have been associated with companies from the Jerzy Starak group. Previously, I gained professional experience while working, among others, at Deloitte&Touche. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. Also, I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

(PL) Jestem członkiem zarządu Spectra Development i doradzam w spółkach Jerzego Staraka, współpracując przy inwestycjach komercyjnych i prywatnych. Posiadam uprawnienia architektoniczne i ponad 20 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i zarzadzaniu projektami. Jako dyrektor operacyjny odpowiadam za realizację luksusowych nieruchomości dla klientów indywidualnych. Do 2021 roku byłem współwłaścicielem wiodącej i nagradzanej międzynarodowo pracowni architektonicznej APA Wojciechowski. Ukończyłem Wydział Architektury Politechniki Warszawskiej, podyplomowe studia w Szkole Głównej Handlowej, a także Strathclyde University w Szkocji, Nagoya University w Japonii i Lincoln Park HS w USA (International Baccalaureate). Jestem miłośnikiem designu, klasycznej motoryzacji, podróży i nurkowania. W rajdach samochodowych zdobyłem puchar Polski HRPP i dwukrotnie tytuł wicemistrza Polski HRSMP.
