One of Bobrowiecka 8’s current tenants, CEDC International, is expanding its office. The Polish spirits market leader has leased 800 sq. m. of extra office space. CEDC’s total area in the Bobrowiecka 8 building is now over 4,200 sq. m. (compared to 3,400 sq. m. in 2017). The signed agreement increases the level of commercialization to 91%.
“I am glad that, despite the building commercialization process being nearly complete, we could respond to the needs of our current tenant. CEDC International was the first tenant of Bobrowiecka 8,” says Dariusz Sokołowski, CEO of Spectra Development.
