The Bobrowiecka 8 office building nominated for Prime Property Prize

The Bobrowiecka 8 building made it to the final round of the prestigious Prime Property Prize 2018 competition. It honours the best properties and commercial spaces of the past year, as well as personalities and companies of great importance to the industry. Bobrowiecka 8 is a contender in the category “Project of the Year – Office Space Market”.

“Bobrowiecka 8 is a combination of quality architecture and high standards with excellent art. More and more people appreciate the advantages of the building, as confirmed by the constantly growing number of tenants. This is the second nomination for Bobrowiecka 8 this year and I hope that this time we will gain recognition from the Prime Property Prize 2018 competition voters,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

Bobrowiecka 8 , together with the adjacent buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building – is a part of an urban complex created by Spectra Development. This microdistrict, an architectural gem of Dolny Mokotów, was designed by a renowned design office JEMS Architekci. The Bobrowiecka 8 building, together with the entire urban complex, not only meets the requirements of the local development plan, but also matches the adjacent buildings. In addition, in line with the designer’s concept, it creates a visually attractive, functional and spacious urban fabric introducing a new quality in the district.

“Bobrowiecka 8 is an architecturally well thought-out building which apart from serving its primary office function is also used as a background for presenting contemporary art, in accordance with the concept and the theme of the entire complex: “culture embedded in space”. We managed to design a stylistically coherent office building, which perfectly matches the remaining buildings in the project, creating a visually attractive and functional building complex,” said Andrzej Sidorowicz from JEMS Architekci design office.
