On 4 December 2017, Spectra Development celebrated the official opening of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building, a project which took 18 months to complete. The event was attended by numerous guests. The class A office building is the third building making up the Bobrowiecka Complex – a unique urban setting in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district.
“I am happy that so many distinguished guests joined us to celebrate the official opening of Bobrowiecka 8. It is an unparalleled building that combines outstanding architecture and high quality standards with a new attractive location. Our guests could see that for themselves yesterday,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.
The Bobrowiecka 8 building offers nearly 22,000 m² of quality office space and more than 2,400 m² of retail space. The floor area of a typical floor in this six-storey building is approximately 4,000 m². Spectra Development’s project is characterised by timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work. This class A office building features suspended ceilings, raised floors, air conditioning, as well as tilt windows. Tenants who choose to lease office space in the building will also be able to freely arrange it.
“Bobrowiecka 8 obtained an occupancy permit at the end of October. The first tenants have already moved into their offices. We are currently in advanced talks with further tenants who appreciate the unique amenities offered by the new business address in the Dolny Mokotów district. These include very convenient access from every part of Warsaw, 501 parking spaces in a two-storey car park, bicycle stands and showers for cyclists, combined with competitive prices that we can offer,” added Dariusz Sokołowski.
However, Bobrowiecka 8 is an office building which can offer tenants and employees much more than just floor space. In accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, in cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, works of art by young Polish artists will be exhibited inside the building, in the courtyards and in a special Art Garden. This offer is unique on the map of Warsaw office buildings.
The Bobrowiecka 8 building was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, BREEAM certification and BIM. The developer and manager of the project is Spectra Development, while its general contractor was Hochtief Polska. CBRE, a real estate agency, serves as the sole commercialisation agent for the building. To date, agreements for lease of space in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building were signed by CEDC International, Engie Services, as well as Nutricia Polska and Żywiec Zdrój – members of the Danone Group.
