NUTRICIA Polska Sp. z o.o. and Żywiec Zdrój S.A., members of the DANONE Group, leased nearly 5,000 m² of office space in the Bobrowiecka 8 building and joined the group of tenants of this unique project comprising a part of the Bobrowiecka Complex. The signed agreements resulted in the lease of 45% of the office space in the building. The class A office building, built by Spectra Development in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, was competed at the end of October of the current year.
“We are glad that our building has attracted the interest of NUTRICIA Polska Sp. z o.o. and Żywiec Zdrój S.A. The group of Bobrowiecka 8 tenants is growing and the fact that such prestigious companies have placed their trust in us attests to the high standard of this project and the class of the building,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development. “Bobrowiecka 8 is a gem among office properties in Warsaw, a very attractive proposition for tenants looking for a location that offers something more than just office space and is an alternative to the most popular business centres in the capital. More importantly, there is still some space available for arrangement by a new tenant,” he added.
NUTRICIA Polska Sp. z o.o. – a leading manufacturer of medical nutrition products as well as products for infants and young children, and Żywiec Zdrój S.A. – a leading domestic producer and distributor of bottled water, are both members of the DANONE Group.
“The strong advantage of NUTRICIA is the diversity of its employees. It’s our organisation’s strength, which gives an opportunity to have heated, respectful and open debates, which help us devise new solutions. We listen to the needs of our employees and care for one another. We want to share our each success or an important event. We support one another in difficult moments. We are distinguished by an organisational culture based on intimacy and trust. Our new office at the Bobrowiecka 8 building offers common space that facilitates building a culture of intimacy, which is unique in the Warsaw office space market,” said Paweł Piątek from NUTRICIA Polska Sp. z o.o.
Bobrowiecka 8 offers nearly 22,000 m² of quality office space and more than 2,400 m² of retail space. The floor area of a typical floor in this six-storey building is
approximately 4,000 m². Spectra Development’s project is characterised by timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work. Tenants who choose to lease office space in the building will also be able to freely arrange it. The building will be surrounded by carefully designed landscaped areas. The tenants will have access to underground, two-storey car park with 501 parking spaces. The office building will house a public café, a restaurant and a fitness club. Also, in cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, a unique Art Garden will be created in the courtyard of the Bobrowiecka 8 building, where works of art by young Polish artists will be exhibited.
The class A office building has a convenient location in the Dolny Mokotów district, just at the entry to the route leading to the Siekierkowski Bridge, which guarantees a very convenient connection with all Warsaw districts. The area also has a well-developed cycling network and good access to public transport, which will soon be improved thanks to a new tram line for Wilanów.
The building is a part of a larger urban setting – the Bobrowiecka Complex, which also includes the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building. All buildings were designed by a renowned design office JEMS Architekci.
Bobrowiecka 8 is built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification. The developer of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. The agency which supported the tenant in selecting the location and negotiating the terms of the agreement was BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE POLAND.
CBRE, a real estate agency, serves as the sole commercialisation agent for the building.
