The next tenant of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building is the company Future Electronics Polska. The signing of the agreement places the coverage of the property at 94%. The building’s developer, Spectra Development, is negotiating final agreements with tenants, which will finalise the commercialisation process of the building located in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotow district.
“We’re coming close to the end of commercialisation of Bobrowiecka 8 building. As we are finalizing negotiations on the last agreements we hope that we will soon be able to announce that the building has been fully leased” – says Dariusz Sokołowski, CEO of Spectra Development.
Future Electronics Polska is an international distributor of electronic components. The company was established in Canada in 1968 and has been present on the Polish market for over 20 years. The tenant will occupy an area of 291m2 on the first floor of the building. The office will be made available to Future Electronics Polska as early as on 1 April 2020.
“The Warsaw commercial real estate market has been a client’s market for several years. Therefore, apart from the location, the standard of the finishes and modern and ecological solutions are of such importance. When we were developing Bobrowiecka 8, we wanted the building to meet the potential expectations of tenants, as we have been developing with the tenants in mind all along. That is why we focused on usable aspects of office space, which were to be primarily functional. We chose simple, timeless designs and high quality materials. I am glad that our decisions have been appreciated” – adds Dariusz Sokołowski.
The Bobrowiecka 8 investment, together with the neighbouring buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building, is part of the urban complex designed by JEMS Architekci studio. The complex of office and residential buildings at Bobrowiecka Street has significantly contributed to the increase of attractiveness of this part of Warsaw. The availability of contemporary art and a wide range of services in the buildings ensure diversity in terms of spending free time by local residents as well as users of office buildings. Bobrowiecka 8 stands out with its timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions on 25,000m2 of class ‘A’ office and service space. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with the original concept of culture being incorporated into the space, the works of young Polish artists are exhibited. Thanks to its location in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów, at the entrance to the Siekierkowski Bridge, Bobrowiecka 8 is well connected with other districts of the capital city.
The Bobrowiecka 8 office building was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development as well as BREEAM certification and the BIM building modelling system. The investment was developed by Spectra Development, Hochtief Polska was the general contractor and the Landlord is advised by the CBRE agency.
