The Bobrowiecka 8 office building, erected by Spectra Development, received a BREEAM pre-assessment certificate with a very good rating. Obtaining one of the world’s most recognised green certificates confirms the highest quality of the project. The office building is being constructed as part of the Bobrowiecka Complex. The full BREEAM certification will be confirmed after the completion of the office building, which will take place in September next year.
“We are pleased that the high standard of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building has been recognised by granting the pre-assessment certificate, a very important distinction in the property industry. This confirms that the design of our building meets the standard of best practices in the area of sustainable design, construction and subsequent use of buildings. The pre-assessment certificate also reflects the commitment of the entire project team to the promotion of the concept of sustainable development. It also confirms that our company cares about the environment and the comfort of building users,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.
The Bobrowiecka 8 office building is located in the Dolny Mokotów district between Sobieskiego Street and Czerniakowska Street, which is a part of Wisłostrada, one of the city’s trunk roads, which guarantees excellent connection with all districts of Warsaw. The city centre is only 4 km away from the Bobrowiecka Complex. The nearby Siekierkowski Bridge provides a convenient connection with the right-bank part of the city. Bobrowiecka 8 offers nearly 22,000 m² of office space and more than 2,400 m² of retail space. The modern class A office building has six above-ground storeys, and the area of a typical floor is approximately 4,000 m². The office building is characterised by timeless architecture, while technologically advanced solutions guarantee the most comfortable working conditions. The project also offers an option of unrestricted arrangement of space, green relaxation zones in the form of an art garden in the atrium of the building and a square between the Bobrowiecka 8 and Bobrowiecka 10 buildings. Future tenants will also have access to an underground, two-storey car park with 501 parking spaces. The developer also provided numerous amenities – a conference centre, a café and a restaurant, as well as a fitness club. The full BREEAM certification will be confirmed after the completion of the office building, which will take place as soon as in September 2017.
The Bobrowiecka 8 project is executed as part of the Bobrowiecka Complex, which will create a complex of buildings designed by a design office JEMS Architekci, comprising the Bobrowiecka 8 office building, the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building, as well as the already existing Bobrowiecka 6 office building. The concept of the complex goes beyond the walls of the buildings, creating a coherent urban setting, which will stand out in the capital’s property market thanks to the presence of artworks. Just like in the case of the Bobrowiecka 6 building, the Bobrowiecka 8 office building will feature art works made by renowned Polish artists and young contemporary artists, as part of the innovative project Spectra Art Space pursued in cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation. The project assumes the creation of a Garden of Art, the organisation of public cultural events and artistic activities.
