The St. Benedict bistro and Żabka, a convenience store, are the new tenants of the retail units in the Bobrowiecka 10 residential building completed by Spectra Development in Dolny Mokotów. Adding new services in the neighbourhood will improve the comfort of everyday work and living for both the residents of the apartment building and the employees of the adjacent 6 and Bobrowiecka 8 office buildings. The developer has already sold more than 75% of all apartments available in this high standard project.
“The opening of a Żabka store in the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building is most of all very good news for its residents. The ability to do their shopping just round the corner is very convenient and it is something that many our customers pay attention to. In turn, the St. Benedict bistro, promoting healthy eating habits, perfectly meets the needs of employees of the two adjacent office buildings – Bobrowiecka 6 and 8. All this contributes to the growing attractiveness of the entire Bobrowiecka Complex as a place to work and live,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.
On the ground floor of the Bobrowiecka 10 residential building there are eight retail units, which will expand the service offering in this part of the Dolny Mokotów district, thus improving the comfort of everyday life of the local residents and employees. Apart from buying groceries, customers of the Żabka store will have access to a wide range of additional services: cash withdrawals, parcel collection, settlement of bills or phone top-ups. In turn, the newly opened St. Benedict restaurant offers an innovative combination of the atmosphere of a French bistro with the philosophy of a sustainable lifestyle. In addition to serving healthy food in the restaurant and to go, the restaurant also offers catering services. It also offers a selection of organic teas, herbs and coffee produced in accordance with the principles of fair trade.
The building at 10 Bobrowiecka Street comprises a total of 117 apartments and high standard flats.
“This month the number of apartments sold exceeded 75%. We still have some apartments left to sell. The available units include two-room apartments with a smaller floor area, i.e. some 43 m², and with a larger floor area – approximately 63 m². The offer of three-room apartments is similar. There are compact and more spacious apartments with a floor area ranging from 59 to 78 m²,” said Krzysztof Kołakowski, Head of Project Sales Office at Spectra Development.
What makes the Bobrowiecka 10 building stand out is its cosy architecture, unique green space and the black alder – the natural monument growing in one of the two property courtyards. Residents can use an underground car park with 154 parking spaces and storage rooms. Security of the housing estate is provided by 24/7 security staff and the monitoring system consisting of 57 cameras, as well as video intercoms available in each apartment.
The apartment building, together with adjacent office buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 and the Bobrowiecka 8, is a part of the Bobrowiecka Complex designed by a renowned design office – JEMS Architekci.
