Zdrofit to open a fitness club in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building

Zdrofit, a fitness club chain operating in Warsaw, will open a new club in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. The fitness club will take up over 1,000 m² of space on the first floor of the building. A modern club with top-class sports equipment will supplement the range of services available in the Bobrowiecka Complex, improving the comfort of life and work in this part of the Dolny Mokotów district. Zdrofit plans to open its new club in the third quarter of the year.

“Currently, tenants who are looking for a new location for an office have ever increasing expectations regarding facilities associated with a healthy lifestyle. This is due to the growing awareness of their employees of the need to take care of their health and physical fitness. Adding a fitness club chain to the group of our tenants is of strategic importance to us, and it is also great news for the employees of our tenants and for all local residents. Signing a lease agreement with the operator of Zdrofit clubs naturally complements the services offered not only in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building, but also in the entire complex that we completed at Bobrowiecka Street in Warsaw,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

Zdrofit is a rapidly growing network of fitness clubs covering Warsaw and the Warsaw metropolitan area. The fitness clubs are situated in convenient communication locations in almost all districts of Warsaw, offering customers easy access to a wide range of various sports activities. The club in the Bobrowiecka 8 building will be opened by the end of this July.

The availability of the Zdrofit fitness club in the Bobrowiecka 8 building is in line with the strong trend of offering fitness services at office buildings and shopping centres,” said Jakub Raniszewski, Member of the Management Board of Zdrofit.

The Bobrowiecka 8 building offers nearly 25,000 m² of quality office and retail space. The building has more than 2,500 m² of retail space available. “We follow the market trends, but above all we strive to meet the needs of our tenants. The priority for us is to create the most diversified and competitive service offering in Bobrowiecka 8, which will make the office building stand out in the market. That is why apart from a fitness club we reserved space, for example to a private clinic,” added Dariusz Sokołowski.

The office building erected by Spectra Development is characterised by timeless architecture and advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, the Bobrowiecka 8 building houses an exhibition of works of art by young Polish artists. The class A office building is located in the Dolny Mokotów district near the entry to the route leading to the Siekierkowski Bridge, thanks to which it has great access to all Warsaw districts.

The building, together with adjacent buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building – is a part of the Bobrowiecka Complex designed by a design office JEMS Architekci, which forms an individual urban setting. The complex stands out due to a large variety of services, which improves the attractiveness of the district for all its residents. The buildings at Bobrowiecka Street houses grocery chain stores, restaurants and cafes. In the vicinity of the complex there is also a bakery, a self-service laundry and a nail salon.

Bobrowiecka 8 was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, BREEAM certification and building information modelling (BIM). The developer of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor of the building is Hochtief Polska. CBRE, a real estate agency, serves as the sole commercialisation agent for the office building.
